How to ride
(Unless you have a reservation) you can`t get on the bus when the maximum seat capacity has been reached. (It is not possible to ride while standing). If maximum capacity is reached you will be directed to the next available bus.

- In case of preliminary reservation

- It's possible to reserve a seat beforehand online. However, a seat number will not be designated.
- The deadline to make an online reservation is 30 minutes before the designated departure time.
- After making a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please save that email on your smartphone or print it out and bring it.
- If you have not received a reservation confirmation email, please contact a call center during regular business hours.
- Cases without a reservation

- Please come to the exclusive counter of the Fukuoka Airport international terminal building 1F. A ticket can be bought at the counter. Payment must be made with cash.
- Please come to the exclusive counter of the Fukuoka Airport domestic terminal building 1F. A ticket can be bought at the counter. Payment must be made with cash.
- Please come to the counter on the 1st floor of HEARTS Bus Station Hakata.A ticket can be bought at the counter. Payment must be made with cash.
- Please come directly to the bus stop and purchase your ticket from the driver.Payment must be made with cash.
About advance booking
- It's possible to call or reserve a seat beforehand on the home page. However, a seat number cannot be designated.
- The deadline to make an online reservation is 30 minutes before the designated departure time.

About cancellation
- If a client wants to cancel a ticket, you can do it on this website or Email.
- The cancellation deadline through the website will be 30 minutes before the designated ride time.
- The cancellation fee is 100 yen per person.
- The refund is possible until the next day in the departure date as a principle.
About a fare.
- Adult fare (one way) of 600 yen
- Child fare (one way) of 300 yen (A child fare (the half price of the adult fare) is applied to a schoolchild.)
- ※ 1 person makes (more than 1 year old, less than 6 years old) free about 1 adult study child-lessly, but when using a seat, it's necessary to pay us a child fare. The baby (less than 1 year old) is free.
- ※ All fares include tax
Fare discount
- If you present a physical handicap notebook, intellectually disabled person care book, mentally disabled person's health and welfare notebook, and a caregiver notebook, it will be half the adult basic charge.
- Also, discounts can be applied to one caregiver (limited to using the same service and the same section).
- ※Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs can be brought in for free of charge in the bus.
When the bus is delayed
- Local arrival is sometimes behind schedule dependent on road conditions.
- If the bus is late, we are not responsible for missed or connecting appointments. Please keep this in mind.
- Delay certificates will be issued in the bus when you offer.
- ※This certificate does not prove that you got on board.
About hand baggage.
carry-on baggage
- The size of the carry on must be able to fit on the overhead baggage rack or is able to managed within the space of one`s seat.
- ※There is also a place which becomes hot by a heating equipment near the feet, so please be careful.
- If it can't be managed appropriately in the car, staff may ask you to place the item in the trunk of the bus.
Luggage to keep in the trunk
Keep a luggage compartment (trunk).

We can`t take responsibility to any damaged that may occur to one`s luggage, or items that may be lost.
Request in the use
Please look after the following matters at the time of the bus ride to have you take all visitors comfortably.
- During the bus ride, please wear your seat belt.
- Please refrain from bringing food that has a strong smell, eating and drinking.
- Please place your phone on silent mode and refrain from making phone calls
- Please be careful about omissions of sounds such as an omission with electronic Equipment that displays light, as well as music apparatuses.
- When reclining the seat please consider those in the seat behind.
The following acts are prohibited.
- Smoking in the car.
- Drinking in the car.
- Excessive drinking before the ride.
- If you are deemed to be under the influence, you may be declined a ride.
In addition, violent language or an annoying act can result in one being declined a ride. If it is judged that other visitors are troubled obviously, you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
In addition, you are responsible for covering the costs of any articles damaged, such as damage to the seats and surrounding areas.
